・Disposable amenities and sale of utensils like forks and spoons are not available.

・Chopsticks for sale are made of local cedar, untreated with bleach or preservatives for safety.

・For consecutive stays, cleaning and bed linen changes are not provided.

・Guests' understanding in waste reduction and cooperation in waste sorting at checkout is appreciated.

※Available from 5 PM, reservation required for 90 minutes, limited to the first 2 groups.

After warming up in the natural hot spring outdoor bath, enjoy a luxurious stone-grilled set of Japanese Wagyu and Hida Pork. Perfect with a chilled draft beer.

B: Hida Pork and Seafood White Soup Pot Set with Udon (room dining)
sumptuous pot filled with tender Hida Pork, seafood, and vegetables, steeped in a flavorful broth.

C: Japanese Wagyu and Hida Pork Sukiyaki Set with Egg & Udon (room dining)
Enjoy the tender beef and pork in a rich, sweet and savory sauce.

※One meal choice per room reservation.
※No changes to meals on the day of stay; changes possible until 11 AM the day before.
※All stays include meals.
※Wagyu & Hida Pork Stone Grill menu is slightly altered for children (elementary school age).
※For meals at Yuseikan, available from 5 PM for the first 2 groups.
※Please move to the dining location for hot spring meals. Meal seats are by reservation only (90 minutes).
