Rules at the ski resort

  1. 進入禁止エリア境界線を越えての進入・滑走及び、閉鎖区域、ロープやネット、標識を超えての滑走は、雪崩等の重大事故につながる可能性があります。どのような理由があれ滑走は禁止となっております。上記滑走禁止エリアを滑走されたお客様は、危険行為とみなし、シーズン券を含む全てのリフト券を没収させていただきます。
    ※閉鎖区域のシュプールは当社のパトロールが安全点検の為に滑ったものです。
  2. リフト乗車時・ゲレンデコース内は禁煙です。
  3. スノーボードで乗車される場合、必ずリーシュコードを装着してください。
  4. リフト乗車時、滑走具が足に固定されていないものやハンドルのついたものは滑走禁止です。
    （手に持ってのリフト乗車は原則禁止です）
    ※詳しくは当ホームページ雪上滑走可能用具にて記載しております。
  5. リフト乗車中気象条件により、稀にリフト上部から黒い水が落下する場合がございます。リフトの構造上、上記現象を完全に防ぐことができません。万全を期しておりますが、ご乗車中に衣類に付着する場合があります。
    予めご了承の上、ご乗車ください。（※スキー場利用約款３．注意事項リフト乗車時の注意事項にて掲載）
    なお、ウェア等のクリーニング費用等の補償は致しかねますので、予めご了承ください。
  6. ペット同伴でのご来場には、各種予防接種は対応済みかつ、飼い主様がペットを確実にコントロールできることが 前提となります。注意事項を遵守いただき、全ての方が安全にお楽しみいただけますよう、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
    なお、当方にて事故や他のお客様のご迷惑になると判断した場合、ご来場をお断りもしくはご退場をしていただく場合がございます。
